TusQ D cough lozenge is used to treat cold and cough. TusQ D cough lozenge contains a combination of dextromethorphan and amylmetacresol. TusQ D cough lozenge works by lowering down the cough activity in the brain and kill bacteria present in the mouth and throat. Take TusQ D cough lozenge as directed by the doctor. You should chew this medicine and allow it to dissolve within the mouth. Do not swallow this medicine. Inform your doctor about all the medical and medication history.

Contraindications- If you are allergic to dextromethorphan, amylmetacresol or any other ingredient of TusQ D cough lozenges.
- If you suffer from severe lung disease or are at risk of respiratory failure.
- If you have liver disease.
- If you are taking any selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) medicine such as fluoxetine, paroxetine and sertraline.
- If you are taking or have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) such as selegiline, phenelzine, isocarboxazid, etc. in the last 14 days.
- It should not be used for children under 6 years of age.
