Nasoclear 0.65% Nasal Spray is an isotonic saline (salt water) solution that hydrates the lining of the nose. It loosens mucus so that it is easier to clear, which improves breathing. It helps clear a blocked nose caused by allergies, a cold or other triggers, and may also relieve dryness and irritation in the nose.

It is used for nasal congestion, dry nasal passages, nasal irritation caused by environmental triggers, nasal allergies and sinus discomfort.

It mainly loosens mucus and moisturises the nose; it does not reduce swelling inside the nose.

Using it more often does not give extra benefit once the nose is moist. In infants, spray gently, as forceful use may cause choking.

It does not treat the underlying cause of an infection. If you have thick, yellow or green nasal discharge with fever, consult your doctor rather than relying on this spray alone. It is safe for children. Elderly people, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with kidney or liver problems should consult a doctor before use.
