Otrivin Oxy Fast Adult Relief Nasal spray is a decongestant. It is used for relieving nasal congestion. Otrivin Nasal spray contains oxymetazoline as its active ingredient. Nasal congestion refers to obstruction in the nasal passage due to swelling of blood vessels of your nose. This makes breathing difficult, cause discomfort from pressure, impair hearing and make it harder to sleep. Otrivin Oxy Fast Adult Relief Nasal spray relieves these symptoms. It works by reducing the nasal secretions and narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal region. This helps open up the nasal passages and allows you to breathe normally. Use Otrivin as directed by your doctor. This spray should not be used continuously for more than 7 days. Use of this medicine is not recommended in children below 12 years of age. Prolonged use of this medicine may lead to reoccurrence of nasal congestion (rebound congestion).

• If you have an eye condition with a damaged optic nerve (glaucoma).
• If you have an enlarged prostate gland (in men).
