Glycomet 500 SR helps to lower the raised blood sugar levels. It works by decreasing the production of glucose. It also reduces its absorption in the body. Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as recommended by your doctor. It should preferably be taken after meals. Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own. Take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor and for the prescribed duration. It should be taken with or after having food. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and also about all the medicines and supplements you take and all the conditions or diseases you suffer from before starting this medicine.
