Mucolite SR Capsule is a mucolytic agent used for the treatment of respiratory tract disorders associated with thick, sticky mucus. It works by thinning and loosening the mucus in the airways, allowing for easier clearance through coughing. This improves airflow, relieves chest congestion and helps alleviate symptoms such as wheezing, breathlessness and tightness. The sustained-release formulation ensures prolonged therapeutic action and symptom relief. Mucolite SR Capsule should be taken with food and is generally used for short-term treatment. It is not recommended to use it for more than 14 days without a doctor's guidance.
