Levosiz-M Kid Tablet is a pediatric combination medicine used for the management of allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, nasal congestion and skin conditions. It contains two active components: Levocetirizine, an antihistamine that blocks histamine-mediated allergic responses and Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces inflammation in the respiratory passages. This combination is particularly effective in managing allergic rhinitis, hay fever and skin rashes. It may also be used as adjunctive therapy for asthma. The medicine is generally well-tolerated and shows improvement in symptoms with consistent use. It is important to give the medicine at a fixed time each day, preferably in the evening for respiratory symptoms or as advised by the doctor. Do not discontinue abruptly without medical advice, as it may cause symptom recurrence or worsening.
